Return and Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Tasker fails to attend
  • Service is not delivered as agreed
  • Cancellation is made within allowed timeframe
  1. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds if:

  • Service has been completed
  • Client is dissatisfied without valid reason
  • Last-minute cancellation
  1. Partial Refunds

May be granted where:

  • Service was incomplete
  • Tasker arrived late
  1. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  1. Disputes

All disputes must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion.
