- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued if:
- Tasker fails to attend
- Service is not delivered as agreed
- Cancellation is made within allowed timeframe
- Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds if:
- Service has been completed
- Client is dissatisfied without valid reason
- Last-minute cancellation
- Partial Refunds
May be granted where:
- Service was incomplete
- Tasker arrived late
- Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Disputes
All disputes must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion.
